How to add column and download Video Comments

You must Connect once in GTX to get your new expiry date and access to video comments.

Then, in the Form View screen in GTX, you will need to add a column for Video Comments per the images below. You will find more instructions here in the online manual if required. 

One more thing to note. When you are downloading meetings, you will encounter the following message in GTX:

• Please click on the highlighted box and then check the 'Apply to All' box. The comments need to be truncated as there is limited space available in GTX.
• As a side note, most customers may not want to do this, but you can manually edit each comment so you end up with 255 characters or less and then click OK. Then the next one will come up, and you can edit that and so on. Depending on how focused the user wants to keep the entire comment and edit out irrelevant info, it can take a few minutes for each video comment to import.
