Cannot see transferred meeting in GTX
Sometimes when a meeting is transferred to a new track, and the new files are made available in GTX, they are not viewable for some users. Try the following steps one at a time to see if the meeting becomes viewable/downloadable.
- Click Download and then Connect without any meetings highlighted 'red'. The missing meeting may now be viewable in the meeting list.
2. If that doesn't work, close GTX, reboot your computer and then follow the same process as in Step 1.
3. If still not resolved, close GTX, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\TRB\GTX\Data and delete the meetings.dbf file. Then follow the same process again as in Step 1.
Note: If the meeting was transferred after 6 pm the night before, there won't be any Jockey Stats available. The Jockey Stats file is uploaded at 6 pm each night and contains all meetings going forward from that time.
