What to do if GTX will not open

Sometimes when a user tries to open GTX it won't open up, but is minimised in the bottom taskbar of the PC.  To fix this issue:
1. Close GTX using Task Manager.


2. Go into: programfiles(x86) / trb / gtx / data / cfg using Windows Explorer. 

There are 2 files in that directory gtx.dsk and racefile.dsk that you need to delete.

3. Then re-open GTX & you will get an empty screen with all the columns etc.

4. Go back to the previous day and load a meeting & GTX will be fixed.

5. If you have previously saved your User Defaults, you can then restore the GTX Screens by clicking on Program (top left corner) & then Restore User Defaults.

6. If you haven't previously saved the User Defaults, you will need to set up the Field View & Form View screens again. Once you have the screens the way you want them, you should save them as User Defaults, in case you need to restore them again in the future.
